Dilipan Sundaramoorthy Joins ApogeeCare as Head of Business Development and Operations
ApogeeCare is pleased to welcome Dilipan Sundaramoorthy as our new Head of Business Development and Operations to help lead overall business strategy, operational execution, and growth initiatives that expand ApogeeCare's impact across health systems and care partners nationwide.
Prior to joining ApogeeCare, Dili served in the Director's office at the CMS Innovation Center, where he helped advance health care payment and delivery system reforms across Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to that, he worked in the United States Congress leading successful legislation to reform Medicare drug pricing, expand veteran health care, curb gun violence and respond to the COVID pandemic and its impacts on the health system.
Dili brings deep expertise in healthcare policy, operations, and innovation alongside experience working with national stakeholders to improve patient care and address systemic healthcare issues. We're excited to add him to our senior leadership team and accelerate ApogeeCare's work reimagining the "front door" of healthcare: the emergency department.
ApogeeCare's model integrates telehealth-enabled specialty care with on-site clinical teams to improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary admissions, and optimize hospital capacity. At ApogeeCare, he will carry that mission forward, helping hospitals better serve complex, vulnerable populations, particularly older adults with multifaceted care needs.
