Telehealth Geriatrician – Site Lead
ApogeeCare is seeking a Telehealth Geriatrician – Site Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for a Houston-based health system partner. This role performs telehealth geriatrics consultations in the ED, develops care plans in collaboration with ED staff, and reports directly to the Medical Director. Requires current NP or physician licensure and at least five years of experience in geriatric medicine, with board certification in geriatrics or gerontological nursing preferred.
