Kevin Biese

Kevin leads ApogeeCare's vision, bringing decades of experience in emergency medicine and a track record of advancing care innovation for older adults. He serves as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at UNC and chairs the boards of the UNC Health Alliance and UNC Senior Alliance. Nationally, he has helped shape geriatric emergency care through leadership roles with the Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative, the ACEP Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation Program, and West Health, driving improvements in care quality across hundreds of emergency departments.
