J. Michelle Moccia

Michelle supports ApogeeCare's mission by advancing high-quality, geriatric-focused care across clinical and policy settings. With extensive leadership experience, including serving as program director of Michigan's first senior emergency department with ACEP Level 1 Geriatric ED accreditation, she brings deep expertise in aging care and system innovation. She is a past president of GAPNA and actively contributes to national and state initiatives aimed at improving nursing home quality and advancing geriatric practice.
