Dili leads ApogeeCare's business operations and business strategy, driving partnerships that expand access and improve care delivery. He brings experience from his extensive policy background, including advising two CMS Innovation Center Directors, the U.S. Senate Majority Leader and numerous Fortune 500 companies, labor unions, non-profit leaders and presidential and congressional campaigns. Dili works to design business solutions that realize the "triple aim" of health care reform: higher quality outcomes at lower costs for more patients.
