ApogeeCare Welcomes Angelina Schiffres as Director of Clinical Operations
ApogeeCare is pleased to welcome Angelina Schiffres as Director of Clinical Operations. In this role, Angelina will lead and scale the operational infrastructure that powers ApogeeCare’s telehealth care model, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across hospital partners as the organization continues to grow.
Angelina brings more than eight years of experience building and scaling healthcare operations in high-growth, early-stage environments, previously working at healthcare startups Ro and Rewind. She has successfully launched clinical programs in new markets, led to the development and implementation of electronic health record systems, and driven workflow improvements that significantly increase patient access and provider efficiency. Her experience includes building provider teams, optimizing care delivery systems, and translating operational needs into scalable processes and technology.
At ApogeeCare, Angelina’s extensive experience will support our clinical team and hospital clients strengthen care delivery in the emergency room and achieve improved outcomes for patients, caregivers and the health system across multiple markets.
ApogeeCare’s model integrates telehealth-enabled specialty care with on-site clinical teams to improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary admissions, and optimize hospital capacity. At ApogeeCare, he will carry that mission forward, helping hospitals better serve complex, vulnerable populations, particularly older adults with multifaceted care needs.
