ApogeeCare Completes Teamworthy Ventures' Spring 2026 Founder Fellowship

ApogeeCare was proud to participate in the Teamworthy Ventures Spring 2026 Founder Fellowship, joining a cohort of promising early-stage companies selected for the 12-week mentorship and accelerator program.
The Teamworthy Founder Fellowship supports entrepreneurs through mentorship, customer development, fundraising guidance, and talent recruitment, helping founders build companies with lasting impact. The Spring 2026 cohort concluded with the Founder Fellowship Forum in Nashville, Tennessee, where more than 200 founders, investors, healthcare leaders, scientists, and industry executives gathered to discuss innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of technology.
Throughout the program, ApogeeCare's leadership team, co-founders Kevin Biese, MD, and Daniel Arteaga, MD along with Head of Business Development and Operations Dilipan (Dili) Sundaramoorthy, worked alongside experienced mentors and fellow founders to refine the company's growth strategy and expand its network within the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
The Founder Fellowship Forum offered ApogeeCare the chance to present to other founding teams, investors and key opinion leaders as well as learn from participating startups, panels spanning topics from entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence, discussions on unique business challenges faced by startups, and conversations with a wide range of business, academic and government leaders.
"Programs like the Teamworthy Founder Fellowship provide invaluable opportunities to learn from experienced founders, engage with innovators both in health care and across other industries, and learn how to scale our ability to bring better care to more patients," said Kevin Biese, MD, Co-Founder of ApogeeCare.
ApogeeCare is building a virtual front door and tele-triage service designed specifically for emergency departments caring for older adults. By connecting patients with geriatric expertise at the point of care, ApogeeCare helps emergency departments improve clinical decision-making, patient experience, and care coordination while supporting more efficient use of healthcare resources.
Participation in the Teamworthy Founder Fellowship reflects ApogeeCare's continued success in engaging with experienced investors and business scalers as the company works to transform emergency care for older adults.
